coleman tent


This may be hard to believe but my husband and I bought a coleman tent together when we first started dating over 25 years ago. Today, we still have and actively use that tent. Oh yes! If that coleman tent could talk we would be in trouble. It has been witness to innumerable camping trips beginning with our dating days, through the infancy of our children and those ruckus teenage years. Oh my gosh, that coleman tent has seen it all.

But lucky for us the coleman tent is an inanimate object. It has no brain, it doesn't talk, thank goodness! Now really, I speak way out of line. If the coleman tent could talk it would speak of the love that blossomed between my husband and I during those early camping years. After the birth of our first child we could not wait until he was old enough to take camping. As the kids grew we so enjoyed our family time camping and fishing and sleeping together within the security of that coleman tent. Yes, I believe if the coleman tent could talk it would all be good. I hope we have many more happy years to spend in it.
