Give the outdoor sport of a trampoline a try. We have one set up in our backyard. It was a Christmas gift for the kids one year. They were so excited about the trampoline when we showed it to them! It is a good thing we waited to make that the last gift they received. We had to make sure all the shutters were closed so they couldn't see it the backyard Christmas morning. We pulled it off!

The outdoor sport of a trampoline will get the kids and maybe even yourself moving. It worked that way in our household. What we bought for the kids my husband and I soon became very involved with. The trampoline is a forgiving piece of equipment. It is fun and the results from jumping, flipping and twisting causes quick changes to your body. 

I would never mention to my kids that the trampoline could be considered an outdoor sport, why they would turn their noses up at that. But I know for sure that they absolutely enjoyed playing on it and that my husband and I got our money's worth from this Christmas gift!
